I solemnly declare and affirm that I am duly qualified to take admission in the program for which I have applied and all the certificates and testimonials attached with my application are true and valid. I have fully satisfied myself about the legal status of NECEI, i.e. it is an autonomous statutory body with regulations making power for its functioning. NECEI is duly authorized and competent to take my admission in the program for which I have applied. I also undertake not to ever raise any objection about NECEI legal status to take my admission and award certificate. I also undertake not to demand refund of fee/charges paid by me. In case of any dispute / differences / claim or disciplinary action, settlement by NECEI shall be applicable. I am aware that if any Plagiarism found, my certificate may be cancelled by NECEI without making any prior notice. I shall always follow the rules and regulations of NECEI, in case of any breach there too.

I shall be liable to be penalized for the same which may include expulsion from the NECEI. NECEI is all time free to change the above furnished details which may come without any prior notice. NECEI management has full right to modify/change the terms and conditions at any time without any prior information or notice.
